I have tried yoga a couple of times before but didn't really get on with it. Judi's classes felt different. I like the combination of strength and stretch and her way of providing different options when something might be too hard.

Sometimes I look at yoga sessions on youtube and I have realised that another thing I really like about her classes is the lack of constant, unnecessary cheer ('yeah, you've got this!!', 'just a little bit more!!' etc.). Her classes are more adult, perhaps!

I feel very lucky to have embarked on my yoga journey with such an inspiring and compassionate yoga teacher! Judi is also a caring, warm person with such incredible knowledge of yoga history which is fascinating. 

 

The relaxed environment in class helped me to develop my yoga practice & Judi was very intuitive when you needed a quick self-esteem boost.  After an injury I sustained Judi was so helpful and accommodating she gave me different options for yoga positions to the rest of the class so I could still attend sessions and the positions were also tailored to help with my recovery which I really appreciated. 

I would always leave the class feeling like I had done a good workout but also emotionally rebalanced, relaxed and ready to face the week ahead!

We can honestly say that your class yesterday was exactly what we needed and had been waiting for! I said to Lawry on the way home it was a bit like we’d been sent an angel from heaven (which is weird because I never say things like that )The lady next to me said “Well, that ticked all the boxes!” - a modern way of saying it was the complete yoga package. She has been in the class for as long as we have. 

We love the fact that it challenges both the mind and the body and how we both felt after the class. It made us feel calm, yet energised and very positive ! We also love the way you don’t have to fill all the silence with talking, as silence itself is so rare and powerful. 

 

The class responded very well to your gentle & clear guidance. I don’t think I have seen this class so focussed for a while (even though it tends to be different people with a core of regulars). There was a genuine quiet buzz after the class and I’m sure they enjoyed it.

I really loved your yoga lessons. The exercises are easy to follow as you explain them clearly and you also demonstrate them. I like that you give the easy option and the advance one and you advise to follow our own pace and body feeling. 

I use some of the breathing exercises on my everyday life .

The yoga classes help me to feel more flexible and to keep away all sort of pains and stresses!

Judi is a lovely yoga teacher, she has a gentle teaching style that I really appreciate.

Judi’s calm and welcoming nature instantly puts you at ease.  Her classes flow naturally, with gentle instruction throughout.  Nothing is forced and various options are given, to support students at all levels.  She provides explanations for the moves, chakra’s and drishti and genuinely considers every individual.  I would thoroughly recommend attending her classes.
